Michael Flournoy
Senior Pastor
As of Church Conference on Sunday, July 10, 2022, Rev. Michael Flournoy has been called as Senior Pastor at LHBC. Michael is passionate about sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He has a special love for the lost. This is because of his personal experience with God’s grace and mercy. He is a graduate of New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Preaching and teaching the word of God are among his priorities.
He and his wife Billie have been married for 46 years. They have one son, Shane, who is a NOBTS Graduate. They make their home in Jenkinsburg, GA. We pray God’s continued blessing on them as they serve Him here at Liberty Hill Baptist.
Doug Johnson
Pastor to senior adults
Doug Johnson comes from Heatherwood Baptist Church, Riverdale, where he has served, both as Associate Pastor for 6 years, and then as Senior Pastor, for over five years. Doug is a musician, a writer, and speaker. He is passionate about Evangelism, the Georgia Baptist Mission Board program, “Who’s Your One,” and spreading the good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
He and his wife, Carol, have been married for over 50 years. They have two sons, two grown grandsons and one beautiful 8-year old granddaughter, Emma Grace.
Bobby rouse
Student Pastor
Raised in South Florida, but now he calls Georgia home, Bobby Rouse has been called to disciple the young people at Liberty Hill Baptist Church. A graduate of Shepherds Theological Seminary, Bobby seeks nothing more than to grow God’s kingdom and to provide a firm foundation for our youth.
Together with his wife, Serenity, daughter, Felicity, and baby number two on the way, he strives to serve this church and the community around it. When he isn’t at church he’s either teaching, reading, hiking with the family, or cheering on Gator football!
Donna Bartlett

Donna has served as our Pastor’s Secretary for three decades and organist for five. Her heart and office door remain open to all who might need a kind word and gentle hand of ministry. She and her husband John have three grown children, two grandchildren, and make their home in Stockbridge, Georgia.
Denise Manuel
Custodial Services
Denise works diligently to ensure our facilities are clean and prepared for use each week. She does an amazing job of not only prepping each area for ministry, but also shines the joy of Christ to all and performs every task “as unto the Lord”. Denise lives in Hampton, Georgia.
Jorge Godines
International Pastor
Jorge Feria Godiness comes from Cuba. He has served the Lord since 2014 as Assistant Pastor in the Evangelical Church, Mount Horeb. There, he served as a Youth Pastor, Sunday School Teacher, Evangelist and Preacher. His biggest passion is to serve the Lord, and preach the Gospel. His studies in Theology were done in Cuba as part of the Global University. He is part of the project of Liberty Hill Baptist Church to reach the people of the different Hispanic Countries to know, love and serve God. He and his wife Elizabeth have 10 years of marriage and a daughter named Analiz. They live in Stockbridge. They have the mission to help those in need.
